Welcome to TINT — Kosher Phones ("TINT", "we", "us"). By using our website (tintkosherphone.com) and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
TINT sells kosher mobile phones with a built-in, non-removable content-filtering system and a curated, approved app store. We work to describe our products accurately, but minor variations may occur.
Payment is processed securely at checkout by Stripe using a credit or debit card. By completing checkout you authorize us to charge your card for the total shown — the product price plus any applicable sales tax and shipping. If you prefer to pay another way (such as QuickPay/Zelle), please contact us before ordering.
Payment processing fees are non-refundable. When a card payment is refunded, the payment processor does not return its processing fee to us (approximately 3% of the order). That amount is not recoverable and will be deducted from any refund.
We ship within the United States. Delivery time frames are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
The kosher filtering system is built into the device. You agree not to tamper with, bypass, remove, or attempt to circumvent it. Doing so may void your warranty and support.
Hardware is covered by our 90-Day Limited Warranty. Software and the app catalog are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TINT disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TINT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Customers may receive a personal referral code to share. When a new customer places a qualifying order using that code, the new customer receives the stated discount and the referrer earns the stated reward once the referred order is delivered and not returned. Rewards are paid as cash (via QuickPay/Zelle) or as App Store credit. Codes are for personal, non-commercial use. Self-referrals, fraudulent, abusive, or automated use, and buying, selling, or publicly posting codes are not eligible. We may withhold or reverse any reward or discount — including if the referred order is cancelled or refunded — and we may change or end the program at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
